CAR BOMBING IN EAST TURKEY

Nine people were wounded in a car bombing near a courthouse in the eastern Turkish province of Tunceli on Monday, NTV News reported.
The blast occurred in the Ovacik district of Tunceli. Emergency crew are working at the scene, NTV said.
