BASSEY DAN - ABIA FORMER NDDC BOSS DUMPS PDP FOR APC - PHOTO

Immediate past Managing Director of the Niger-Delta Development Commission (NDDC), Barrister Bassey Dan-Abia, has defected from the Peoples’ Democratic Party to the ruling All Progressives Congress, APC.

Dan-Abia dumped the PDP with scores of his supporters barely three days after the Presidential Advisory Committee Against Corruption, PACAC, headed by Prof. Itse Sagay leveled allegations of corruption against a past board and management of the NDDC.

He was formally registered at his Ette political ward of Awa Iman in Onna Local Government, Akwa Ibom State.

Dan-Abia is a kinsman of governor Udom Emmanuel, and was one of Emmanuel’s strongest supporter.
