The young man who is said to be above 20 years of age confesses that he steals ladies under-wears and sells it for N500 per pair to some witch doctors in Lagos state.
He told the angry mob that almost lynched him to death , that he steals under-wears that are hung in public places which he often monitors
He was later handed over to the police for further investigation after he said that he was working for some people.
