The former Governor was born on December 7, 1935 at Agbarha-Otor in the Ughelli North Local Government Area of Delta State to Mr Peter Ibru and Mrs Janet Ibru.
Senator Okowa , the governor of Delta State commiserated with the family of the lat Ibru.
